“I expect people to imagine the situation others are in and think: How can I make the pie bigger, instead of worrying about how big my own piece is?” says Matthias Schulz, artistic director of Staatsoper Unter den Linden, speaking to managers from the Liz Mohn Center network. “Leadership at the Intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Humanity” was the topic of the Leadership Expedition that took place in Berlin. The Liz Mohn Center regularly organizes events for managers from business, political and cultural organizations, so that the participants can explore emerging topics and learn with and from each other. In addition to helping them expand their professional networks, the events provide managers with new practical ideas they can apply in their role as leaders.
