CREATING LEADERSHIP CULTURES

CREATING LEADERSHIP CULTURES

With Creating Leadership Cultures, the Liz Mohn Foundation is actively shaping the transformation of leadership in a rapidly changing world. In the area of Creating Leadership Cultures, current leadership trends and their social significance are identified and ideas are generated on how leadership in politics, business, and culture can be made sustainable for the future. For this purpose, the Liz Mohn Foundation develops innovative event formats, evidence-based studies, and practical training courses, promotes exchange between decision-makers from business, politics, and culture, and brings them together in expert panels with thought leaders from academia and practice. In this way, the Liz Mohn Foundation strengthens the creative competence of leaders and opens up new perspectives for responsible leadership in the 21st century.
AI and Leadership

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is profoundly changing the world of work in business, politics and culture – and with it the role of leaders. They are not only drivers of this transformation, but also directly affected by it. At the Liz Mohn Foundation, we are committed to actively shaping the future of leadership and work. Leadership shapes not only the success of individual organisations, but also social interaction. That is why the use of new technologies should not be a matter of waiting to see how developments unfold – they must be consciously shaped.

With its activities on ‘AI and Leadership,’ the Liz Mohn Foundation is investigating how AI affects leadership tasks and understanding and how leadership can be made sustainable in a technology-driven working world.

Future Leadership Training

Future Leadership Training courses are a practical learning and exchange format for young leaders from business, politics and culture. The focus is on self-leadership as the basis for responsible action – because if you want to lead others, you must first be able to lead yourself. The training courses combine practical reflection, peer learning and exchange with experienced experts. The diversity of perspectives – from business, politics and culture – opens up a valuable dialogue and promotes a deeper understanding of different leadership realities.

In interactive workshops and practice-oriented formats, participants address the central challenges of modern leadership: from emotional intelligence, resilience and conflict management to dealing with complexity and organisational change to the question of how artificial intelligence is changing leadership.

Leadership Perspectives

Under Leadership Perspectives, the Liz Mohn Foundation brings together projects and initiatives that open up new perspectives on leadership. The focus is on topics such as self-leadership, value orientation and the social responsibility of managers. The aim is to provide food for thought and impetus for a modern, sustainable leadership culture.
